The word racism is often used at all, and even lightly.
If you look twice, because people are regularly negative from a group in the headlines, which is only reasonable. Racism is only when its ruling is the fact that the other is a group (women, Jew, Chinese) is one.
If a woman is hit on by any blacks at the University (1), then they will hold back against blacks. If it closes it but that black women generally dress differently and do not, then the racism.
